Room Booking Terms

  • All room tariffs are subject to applicable taxes and service charges as per government regulations.

  • Room rates may vary depending on season, availability, and selected package.

  • The maximum occupancy of a room is as defined at the time of booking. Extra guests may be charged additionally.

  • Children above 12 years of age will be considered adults for billing purposes.

  • Hotel Highway Queen reserves the right to revise tariffs without prior notice.

  • All guests are required to follow the hotel’s house rules during their stay.

  • Management reserves the right of admission.

  • The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to guests or their belongings during the stay.

  • Any services not mentioned in the confirmed package will be charged separately.

  • Room booking is confirmed only after receipt of full advance payment.

  • Personal belongings and valuables are the sole responsibility of the guest.

  • Telephone, laundry, and additional food & beverage services will be charged as per actual usage.

Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, debit card, or credit card (subject to network availability).

  • Rooms will not be allotted unless full payment has been received at or before check-in.

  • Billing will be done based on the confirmed number of guests or the actual number of guests, whichever is higher.

  • All additional charges must be settled before departure.

  • For bookings made without advance payment, the reservation will be held for a limited period on the day of arrival.

  • Any extras availed beyond the agreed package will be added to the final bill.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

  • Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

  • Guests must vacate the room on or before the scheduled check-out time.

  • Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.

  • Full payment must be completed prior to check-in.

  • In case of direct walk-in bookings, advance payment is required at check-in.
